Responsibilities Motivated to drive daily, weekly, and monthly sales goals.
Proactively drives business by focusing on the customer at the core of all decisions.
Supports company initiatives and participates in team training to achieve business results.
Utilizes available tools and technology to enhance the customer experience.
Represents customer experience expectations in-store and delivers a consistent RL Brand experience aligned to store vision.
Champions RL core values and supports a collaborative environment with the customer at its core.
Engages in networking to build a client base and provides ongoing feedback to Management on successes and opportunities.
Strengthens customer connectivity with alternative purchase paths (e.g., Gladly, Click to Zoom, JRNI, Ship to Home).
Broadens product discovery through QR codes, digital catalogs, and virtual stores.
Provides feedback to Management on category opportunities or needs and ensures store standards are maintained.
Qualifications Retail experience or similar industry experience in a high-volume or high-profile environment is preferred.
Strong communication skills with customers and store personnel.
Ability to maneuver around the store, stock/dressing areas, cashwrap; physical capability to lift up to 30 lbs and climb moderately.
Ability to operate the register, stand, move and walk for extended periods.
Ability to work a flexible schedule including day, evening, weekend shifts and may include overnight shifts and travel as required.
Ability to build and maintain positive relationships with customers, management, and co-workers.
