Develop and maintain custom applications, workflows, business rules, and UI policies on the ServiceNow platform. Customize ServiceNow modules such as ITSM, ITOM, HRSD, CMDB, Service Catalog, and Incident/Problem/Change Management. Design and implement automation and integrations using REST/SOAP APIs, web services, and mid-server configurations. Participate in requirements gathering and solution design with business analysts and stakeholders. Implement and maintain client scripts, UI scripts, UI actions, and script includes. Support platform upgrades, patching, and feature releases in coordination with the ServiceNow roadmap. Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues, defects, and performance bottlenecks. Create and maintain documentation related to configurations, customizations, and processes. Participate in Agile/Scrum ceremonies and contribute to sprint planning and delivery.

Minimum 5+ years of hands-on experience as a ServiceNow Developer. Strong experience with ITSM and ITOM modules Agile mindset with proven experience working in Agile/Scrum environments. Strong understanding of business processes and workflows within the ServiceNow application. Proficient in JavaScript and experienced with ServiceNow scripting components. Deep knowledge of ServiceNow architecture, database schema, and data model. Familiarity with ServiceNow Studio, Flow Designer, Update Sets, and Application Scope. Experienced in working with ServiceNow APIs (REST/SOAP). Solid understanding of the ITIL framework and its application within ServiceNow. Knowledge of ServiceNow system integrations, data modeling, and architecture. Up-to-date with the latest ServiceNow releases, features, and roadmap developments. Excellent communication, analytical, problem-solving, and debugging skills.
