Confident in engagements with senior executives and effective in guiding sessions with junior staff, your communication is compelling and impactful. Insight Synthesis & Research Fluency:
Skilled in translating data into actionable insights, you excel at uncovering meaning through qualitative and quantitative research. Design & Delivery Excellence:
With a keen eye for detail, you pride yourself on delivering high-quality, visually engaging work using tools such as Google Slides and Canva. Adaptive Leadership & Team Stewardship:
Experienced in leading diverse teams, you are a supportive mentor and guide who fosters growth and collective learning. Curiosity, Rigor, and a Bias for Action:
Passionate about continuous learning, you challenge conventions and pursue excellence in all your endeavors. What You Bring 8+ years in consulting, transformation, or design strategy. A Bachelor’s degree in Organizational Psychology, Business, Sociology, or a related field; a Master’s degree is a plus. A deep understanding of organizational systems and change processes. Exceptional communication skills, with an ability to facilitate discussions effectively. Familiarity with modern collaboration tools like Miro, Airtable, and GSuite. Experience designing and facilitating both in-person and remote sessions. Strong skills in visual storytelling and presentation creation. An entrepreneurial mindset, ready to act and innovate.
