The Hubbell Rotation Program is an entry-level program designed for recent college graduates, providing accelerated exposure and knowledge across various business functions within the company. Rotations may focus on manufacturing/operations, design, engineering, sales & marketing, finance, IT, HR, supply chain, and more. Each rotation varies depending on business needs and employee interests. The program lasts 3 years and involves relocation to three different Hubbell facilities across the United States. All HRP employees report to Hubbell's Campus Program Manager during the first three years but receive day-to-day assignments from local management based on location. Participants will undertake a variety of tasks under general supervision, supported by a structured learning plan, training, mentorship, and regular meetings with peers and the Program Manager. Responsibilities include involvement in manufacturing operations, engineering, and supply chain activities, including freight, logistics, and procurement. The role emphasizes continuous improvement through Lean methodologies, quality, safety, service, and cost initiatives. Participants will support project development, implement lean initiatives, optimize material and resource use, monitor quality, and contribute to operational metrics and efficiency improvements. Support projects and daily operations across departments Assist in lean initiatives, 5S principles, and continuous improvement efforts Develop plans for efficient resource utilization Review production costs and inventory control Ensure quality standards and compliance Analyze and redefine performance metrics Implement lean manufacturing principles Support budget planning and supplier risk assessment Review customer specifications for compliance and savings Identify operational and sourcing synergies Perform other duties as assigned What Will Help You Thrive in This Role?
