$65,000–$85,000 Benefits:

Analyze current IT infrastructure and recommend improvements. Collaborate with vendors and use Power BI to deliver insights. Serve as the onsite contact for hardware, software, and communications systems. Manage relationships with software vendors and MSP. Support integration of phone systems, file storage, and communication tools. Assist in managing product roadmaps and system development plans. Support cybersecurity initiatives and help identify and mitigate risks. Partner with internal teams to implement tech-driven process improvements. Travel occasionally to other sites. Required Skills & Qualifications
Applicable education, technical training, or equivalent experience. Experience analyzing IT infrastructure and supporting end-user technology. Familiarity with vendor management and SLAs. Proven experience in IT hardware setup, troubleshooting, and warranty coordination. Strong troubleshooting skills with Windows OS, Microsoft 365 Admin Center, and common business applications. IT asset management. Network support including IP, DNS, DHCP, switches, firewall rules, and access points. Strong collaboration and communication skills. Ability to support technology adoption in operational environments. Preferred/Bonus Skills
Experience with BI platforms or cloud-based data architecture. Familiarity with phone system integration and communication tools. Exposure to cybersecurity best practices. Experience supporting technology in industrial settings.
