The Maintenance Technician is responsible for conducting, maintaining, testing, and repairing electrical/electronic, mechanical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems and components. This role requires applying knowledge of electrical/electronics and mechanical principles to determine equipment malfunctions and restore equipment to operation. The technician provides skilled mechanical and electrical/electronic support to all areas of manufacturing. Responsibilities

Conduct and maintain electrical/electronic, mechanical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems and components. Decreasing machine downtime Test and repair equipment malfunctions and restore equipment to operation. Provide skilled mechanical and electrical/electronic support to manufacturing areas. Troubleshoot and repair mechanical, hydraulic, pneumatic, and electrical/electronic equipment, including programmable and numeral controls, power supplies, drives, gauges, and test equipment. Essential Skills

Proficiency in electrical troubleshooting and maintenance. Experience with PLC troubleshooting and control, including Allen-Bradley, Siemens, and FANUC systems. Ability to read ladder logic and navigate PLCs to identify and troubleshoot switch points. Knowledge of relay logic, AC/DC motors, and AC drives. This is a fully onsite position in McDonough, GA. The pay range for this position is $25.00 - $35.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
