POSITION SUMMARY

We are seeking a dedicated bilingual (English/Spanish) dock worker to join our team. The selected candidate will receive Clerk training and backup Lead training to support department operations as needed.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

Bilingual Communication: Utilize English and Spanish language skills to effectively communicate with team members and support department operations. Assist the Lead: Support the department Lead in overseeing the shipping department, including participation in decisions related to efficiency and safety. Lead Coverage: Serve as the backup for the Lead during absences, managing all aspects of shipping operations to ensure smooth and continuous workflow. Clerical Support: Perform clerical duties as needed. Dock Duties: Perform general dock tasks such as scanning, pallet jacking, sorting, and loading. Additional Tasks: Perform other duties as assigned by management. POSITION QUALIFICATIONS
