As a Developer Relations Engineer, youll serve as the bridge between the core engineering team and the global developer community. Your mission is to empower developers to create innovative applications by offering strong support, producing educational content, and fostering an active ecosystem. Youll play a key role in shaping the developer journey, gathering feedback, and representing the needs of the community. Location:
Must be based in NYC or open to relocation. Responsibilities
Assist developers building on our platform by troubleshooting issues, optimizing performance, and sharing best practices. Produce and maintain resources such as tutorials, sample code, documentation, and blog posts. Actively participate in online developer communities (Discord, Telegram, GitHub, etc.) to answer questions and encourage collaboration. Collect insights from the developer community to help inform the product roadmap and improve overall experience. Collaborate with partners and projects to expand reach and adoption across the blockchain ecosystem. What Were Looking For (Qualifications)
Experience as a Developer Relations Engineer, Technical Support Engineer, Protocol Integrations Engineer, or Software Engineer in crypto or Web3. Strong proficiency in smart contract development (2+ years with Solidity required; familiarity with YUL or Vyper a plus). STEM degree preferred (advanced degree is a plus) or equivalent hands-on experience. Knowledge of Ethereum clients (e.g., Geth) and adjacent infrastructure. Familiarity with developer tools such as Foundry, Hardhat, and wallets. Ability to clearly explain complex technical concepts both verbally and in writing. Proven experience engaging and growing developer communities on platforms like Discord and Telegram. Seniority level
