Role Overview:
Segra is searching for a dynamic and experienced
ServiceNow Developer . This role will report to a Segra office, with the preferred locations being Charlotte, NC; Roanoke, VA; Dallas, TX; Des Moines, IA; Kansas City, MO; and St. Louis, MO. Other posted locations will be considered, but these are the top priority. The position involves application development, including the process, life cycle, creation, maintenance, configuration, documentation, and testing of the enterprise software that drives business processes. Developers work closely with analysts, engineers, and system users to deliver well-documented and tested solutions. The position requires integration with other platforms and collaboration within IT and business units. Required Qualifications: Minimum of 10 years of experience in development Minimum of 3 years of

Bachelor's degree in computer science or engineering A minimum of 10+ years of experience designing and developing complex solutions At least 5 years of experience in technical writing and documentation Experience with Agile methodology (SCRUM or similar) Prior hands-on experience with design patterns, application blocks, XML, and reporting Desire to take ownership of projects Ability to troubleshoot complex problems Flexibility to adjust work schedule to support shifts of various lengths and start/stop times based on workload Experience in designing and implementing projects
