Benefits Analyst
The Benefits Analyst is a member of the Total Rewards Center of Excellence team. In this role they will be responsible for benefits Leave of Absence (LOA) administration, ADA workplace accommodations, benefits administration/analysis, benefits administration, LATAM/Canada Benefit renewal processes, 401k administration and Workday audits. What You'll Do
Supervise the LOA/ADA and ADA workplace accommodations process working with our vendors and Internal clients (employees, managers, and P&C) Benefits administrator (assist with employee benefits questions, enrollment, approvals, etc.) Assists in developing benefit strategies and planning and implementing open enrollment initiatives Provide analysis on benefit plans, performance and trends, working with our brokers Oversee annual benefits calendar and plan special employee events Assists with all communications related to Total Rewards Will lead and act as a "Champion" of Wellness initiatives Coordinates Leave of Absence process, working with payroll and third-party benefits administrator to ensure employee is paid accurately Audits benefits invoices for accuracy Ensures HRIS systems are accurate and helps resolve issues Assists payroll with employee issues regarding insurance deductions, payroll adjustments or changes Supports the rollout of other key changes Other duties and special projects as assigned What We're Looking For
BA degree or equivalent experience in Business or Human Resources (or related field), or equivalent combination of education and experience 5+ years benefit administration experience 2 years of Leave of absence experience PHR, SHRM-CP, or CEBS certification preferred Experience with Leave of Absence administration and procedures Data analysis/reporting on self-insured benefit programs Technical knowledge of benefits Familiar with HSA and FSA plans Solid understanding of 401k plans and their administration Familiar with ACA 1094-C and 1095-C tracking and reporting Solid understanding of ERISA, COBRA, FMLA, HIPAA, PPACA Experience with HR software (Workday, ADP) is preferred Knows fundamental concepts, practices and procedures of human resources Outstanding client focus with internal and external customers Project management experience Ability to handle time well and prioritize Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Highly professional, diligent, and coordinated Capable of working independently as well as with a team to resolve issues Proficient in MS Outlook, MS Word, and MS Excel Why Aristocrat?

$75,600 - $140,400 per year This position offers a comprehensive benefits package, including health, dental, and vision insurance, paid time off, and a 401(k) plan with employer matching. Additional Information
