Circle is looking for a Product Manager to build new API products that simplify building crypto-powered applications. Our mission is to enable developers to bring the benefits of blockchain-powered apps to billions of users. The Product Manager will own products built on the infrastructure powering our core protocols (USDC, CCTP), including both permissioned (SaaS offerings) and permissionless (on-chain) products. Examples include Programmable Wallets (WaaS), the Smart Contract Platform, and Gas Abstraction. The role focuses on enabling both Web3-native ecosystem developers and Web2 enterprises to develop with Circles infrastructure and requires deep knowledge of frontier Web3 technologies (e.g., Account Abstraction, Intents, Naming, various EIPs). What Youll Work On Engage with ecosystem developers using USDC, CCTP, EURO-C to understand how Circle can support them, translate that into a roadmap, and bring products to market. This role involves substantial external collaboration. Own the product vision, feature set, and roadmap for developer products from 0 to 1, including a mix of off-chain and on-chain protocols. Stay up-to-date on frontier blockchain technologies (account abstraction, smart contracts, intents, etc.). Reading and contributing to EIPs may be involved. Define what a great developer experience looks like for both experienced and first-time smart contract developers. Collaborate with internal stakeholders (legal, compliance, treasury, marketing) to bring products to market.
What Youll Bring To Circle
Senior/Principal Product Manager with all the requirements of a Lead Product Manager. More than 15 years of product management experience, with portfolios that attracted adoption and generated revenue. Experience owning product strategy for complex commercial products (preferably crypto) and managing risks. Mentored other product managers and demonstrated ability to influence partners and executives to achieve results.

Starting pay is determined by factors including relevant experience, skill set, qualifications, and other business needs. Compensation ranges may differ by location. Base Pay Range: $225,000 - $302,500 EEO and Accommodations
