- Eliminating upfront costs for necessary clearances & TB screening! PCAs placed on assignment at the Child & Career Development Center or Chester County Learning Center will start at $23 per hour and progress to $26.50 per hour (w2 employment) SCHEDULE: PCAs will work on all student days during the school calendar year, 8am - 3pm LOCATIONS: Child & Career Development Center (CCDC): 1525 Lincoln Hwy, Coatesville, PA 19320 Chester County Learning Center (CCLC): 1635 Lincoln Hwy, Coatesville, PA 19320 The Personal Care Assistant (PCA) position is a field employee position providing one-to-one and small group emotional support and behavioral interventions to children/adolescents in a school setting. We specialize in serving children primarily diagnosed with Autism Spectrum Disorders as well as other special needs diagnoses.
