LIMS Administrator
Partner with business stakeholders and IT strategic business partners for demand analysis, LIMS administration, solution proposal/evaluation, and project delivery in cell and gene manufacturing. Drive operations of LIMS and applications in scope (both Global and Local), ensuring their stability and integrity and meeting customer service levels. Major Accountabilities (may include but not limited to): Strategic business partnering with key business stakeholders and translating business needs into technology solutions in Labware LIMS Ability to develop technology roadmaps and execute such roadmaps in a manufacturing environment Labware LIMS customization and scientific programming Business process knowledge of CMOs, chain of custody, assay development, and flow cytometry a bonus Deliver business analytics projects according to strategy and with reusability Ensure on-time, within-budget, compliant, secure, and quality delivery of roadmap projects portfolio for the responsible service area Ensure services solutions platforms products are fit for purpose and achieve the desired business value and impact Delivery on agreed KPIs including business impact Launch of innovative technology solutions across Novartis at scale Business impact and value generated from DDIT solutions Adoption and development of Agile Productization and DevOps practices Operations stability and effective risk management Feedback on customer experience Applications adherence to ISC requirements and audit readiness Required Education & Experience: Bachelor's degree in a STEM discipline a must, master's degree in computer science, data analytics, or AI a bonus Labware LIMS, minimum 5 years of experience Labware LIMS basic programming, LIMS DB queries LIMS integration with external systems Experience in the pharma industry & GMP requirements Experience with external vendor relationships No Directs Reports/No Financial Responsibilities Strong communication skills What will you bring to the role: LIMS administration LIMS scientific programming Technical mindset Industry/business exposure Proven ability to develop trust-based relationships with key business partners Project management Interactions with senior management and stakeholders Salary Range: $103,600.00 - $192,400.00 Skills Desired: Business acumen, business requirements, customer requirements, financial modeling, information technology consulting, stakeholder management, strategic planning, technical analysis, waterfall model
