Qualifications
A Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience. A minimum of two years of programming or development experience is required. Ideally, four years of experience in CIAM (Customer Identity and Access Management) configuration and development. Expertise in SAML, OIDC, OAuth, JWT, or other standard authentication/authorization solutions. Strong problem-solving abilities; capable of addressing complex issues and breaking them down into manageable parts. Excellent communication skills; able to convey information clearly and work collaboratively with team members. Intermediate leadership capabilities; desired to foster a safe learning environment for engineers. Responsibilities
Designing and developing a centralized CIAM solution across various business lines using API-driven products. Creating patterns for API security and establishing CIAM as a service architecture. Integrating CIAM solutions utilizing SAML, OAuth, OIDC, JWT, and other authentication standards. Building advanced identity solutions, including CI/CD architecture, custom interfaces, and automation. Conducting analysis and resolution for intricate defects and incidents, escalating as necessary. Supporting the team in creating and maintaining credentials and authorizations for applications and APIs using the CIAM platform. Managing CIAM configurations and contributing to testing, documentation, and implementation of security process upgrades. Working independently to solve scoped and loosely defined problems. Mentoring less experienced team members. Company
