Job Description
We are recruiting an
HR Coordinator (Workday Analyst)
to join our team to support our client in the automotive industry. NOTE: 100% onsite RESPONSIBILITIES: Support in functional areas of a human resources department. Process HR transaction requests from the organization's facilities around the U.S. and Canada into the applicable HR system. Ensure each request is complete and compliant with the organization's SOX guidelines. Update employee records in the HR/Payroll system as appropriate. Provide critical thinking and strong attention to detail to ensure compliance with processing. REQUIRED SKILLS & QUALIFICATIONS: Bachelor's degree in business or human resources related field. Minimum of 3 years of experience in Human Resources. Experience working with an HRIS System is a MUST. Workday experience required. Must have a strong disposition toward customer service and proven aptitude for computer-based leave transaction processing with a high level of attention to detail. Must have a strong analytical background with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment with the aptitude for fast learning and comprehension in a constantly changing process environment. Excellent written and verbal communication, planning, and problem-solving skills. Strong follow-up and organizational skills, ability to multi-task, and meet deadlines. Ability to maintain a high level of confidentiality. Ability to work independently and collaborate cross-functionally and within HR with a high level of professionalism. Working knowledge of SOX principles. PeopleSoft transaction entries, ensuring Sarbanes Oxley (SOX) compliance for facilities. Customer service mindset and the ability to maintain a high level of confidentiality. PREFERRED SKILLS & QUALIFICATIONS: Minimum of 2 years of experience with Workday, PeopleSoft, and COGNOS or other reporting tools. Proficient in the use of Microsoft Office products.
