The Opportunity

Based in Karratha, WA, the Fleet Administration Coordinator monitors and maintains accurate fleet asset meter readings for use in maintenance forecasting, replacement planning, R&M and fuel costs per hour. This is a part-time, 12-month fixed-term contract with flexible hours. Develop, analyse, publish reports on: Conformity against key criteria regarding fleet safety and legal conformity; R&M and fuel costs per hour, by vehicle budget category and application. Monitor and manage the accuracy and timeliness of asset register updates in all relevant systems. About you

No two days are the same in this varied and challenging role, where you will use your confident communication skills to liaise with drivers, suppliers and other stakeholders to ensure the smooth running of fleet operations. A forklift and truck licence, or the willingness to obtain one, would be highly regarded.
