Senior Management Analyst: Capability And Combat Relevance Acquisition Specialist
NSI requires a Senior Management Analyst: Capability and Combat Relevance Acquisition Specialist to support PMA 276 Program Office. Upon award of contract the candidate will assess program procedures, practices, philosophies, and documentation for compliance with specifications, contracts, and mission requirements. Attend, participate, support, analyze, provide input, develop, prepare and report on briefs, point papers, reports, correspondence, meetings, conferences, and review boards. Location: Lexington Park, MD Education: MA/Masters Degree preferred. Allowable Substitution: Bachelor's Degree plus two (2) years additional work experience performing duties described in the functional description of the labor category, or an Associate's Degree plus four (4) years additional work experience performing duties described in the functional description of the labor category, or Six (6) years additional work experience performing duties described in the functional description of the labor category may be substituted for a Master's Degree. Experience: At least 10+ years' experience supporting the development of program acquisition documentation such as AP, ASR, PID, SOW, funding documents, CDRLs, and APBA. Desired Experience: 3-year experience using NAVAIR PMT and/or CDRL Tool. Prior NAVAIR experience within a Government Acquisition Integrated Product Team (IPT) to include cost, schedule and/or performance. Security Clearance: Secret Clearance is required. Must be a U.S. citizen.
