This has translated into a stock price appreciation of over 5X over the past five years. Role and responsibilities

Senior Engagement Manager Retail industry Lead strategy engagements for the Retail industry and quarterback a team of experts to conduct analyses, develop insights, and deliver actionable recommendations. Advise senior industry leaders and become a trusted advisor on trends, digital innovation, use cases for Adobe technology, and relevant research in the retail sector. Demonstrate executive presence and communication skills to engage and inspire senior leaders; lead through influence in a cross-functional environment. Develop hypotheses, conduct research, analyze data, and craft recommendations focused on the biggest opportunities; translate strategy into actionable plans that deliver results. Travel up to 50% as required. What you need to succeed

Experience leading engagements in a top management consulting firm or digital agency Expertise in the retail industry, including stores, e-commerce and direct-to-consumer companies A track record of leading strategy formulation and translating strategy into plans that deliver results Strong executive presence and communication skills to engage and inspire senior leaders Outstanding problem solving and analytical skills with ability to conduct research, analyze data, develop hypotheses, and craft effective recommendations Demonstrated ability to lead through influence and achieve results in a cross-functional environment High degree of intellectual curiosity and ability to absorb new concepts quickly Get to know the team

Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several U.S. geographic markets. The U.S. pay range for this position is $125,500 -- $220,800 annually. Pay within this range varies by work location and may also depend on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Your recruiter can share the specific salary range for your location during the hiring process. For sales roles, starting salaries are expressed as total target compensation (TTC = base + commission), with short-term incentives in the form of sales commissions. For non-sales roles, starting salaries are expressed as base salary with short-term incentives in the form of the Annual Incentive Plan (AIP).
