Manage and operate customer authentication and security systems to ensure strong protection for customers and internal environments. Design and support identity journeys including username/password flows and multi-factor authentication. Collaborate with cross-functional teams in an Agile environment to deploy and maintain IAM solutions. Integrate and configure identity providers such as Okta or Auth0. Utilize orchestration platforms like Ping DaVinci, Transmit Security, and Strata Identity. Write and support code in Java and JavaScript to enhance authentication services. Maintain system security within a cloud environment, with AWS experience being a plus. REQUIREMENTS:

3-5 years of experience as an IAM Engineer or in a related security engineering role. Experience with customer authentication systems and identity providers (Okta, Auth0 preferred). Familiarity with orchestration tools such as Transmit Security, Ping DaVinci, and Strata Identity. Proficiency in Java and JavaScript. Agile team experience preferred. AWS cloud experience beneficial. Background in Customer Identity and Access Management (CIAM) is a strong plus. Work Environment & Schedule:

Remote role, but candidate must work in Central or Eastern Time Zones. Candidate must provide their own equipment; VDI access will be provided. The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may pay more or less. Employee pay depends on education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract, and business needs. This range may change in the future. We offer benefits including medical/dental/vision insurance, HSA, FSA, 401(k), and insurance for eligible employees. Salaried employees receive paid time off. Hourly employees are not eligible unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave. Note: Pay is not considered compensation until earned, vested, and determinable. The amount and availability of compensation are at Kforce's discretion unless paid.
