Your role will involve assessing property damage caused by mold and water, providing restoration plans, and guiding customers through the process. Ideal candidates will have a background in cleaning, restoration, or construction, familiarity with building materials and residential construction, and understanding of insurance claims. Strong communication skills, outgoing personality, neat appearance, and the ability to work long hours when needed are essential. Leadership qualities and a commitment to quality work are also important. Primary Responsibilities: Travel to customer homes for onsite inspections Review reports from inspectors and assessors Conduct moisture readings, thermal imaging, and visual inspections Create estimates and walk customers through them Assist customers with insurance claims navigation Close sales effectively, targeting a 65%+ closing ratio Explain payment and financing options Coordinate contractual documents and update CRM Follow up with customers and manage sales pipeline Coordinate with the production team Additional Responsibilities: Support business development Communicate project plans confidently Participate in management meetings Represent the company professionally Deliver excellent customer service and gather reviews Qualifications: Interest in serving communities Excellent communication skills Proficiency in Google Suite, Microsoft Office Xactimate experience in water, fire, mold, rebuild Ability to recognize mold growth Multi-tasking in a dynamic environment Experience in restoration, cleaning, construction Knowledge of insurance claims process Valid driver’s license with a clean record Familiarity with SWFL area IICRC certifications are a plus Willingness to undergo background checks and drug testing Physical Requirements: Lift up to 50 pounds regularly, 100 pounds with assistance Work at heights, in tight spaces Sit, stand, walk for extended periods Handle chemicals and cleaning products safely Travel locally within SWFL as needed
