Role Purpose:
Focus on consumer, delivering curated, productive and channel assortments. Leading the geo products adoption for Asia consumers. Deliver on merchandising strategy and distinctive assortment direction for business team. Drives the one team philosophy through partnership with X-functional teams and global merchandising teams.
Job Responsibility:
Develop Asia Energy & CBY annual/seasonal merchandising plans to support a distinctive assortment with speed and responsiveness
Manage Energy/Licensing programs pricing, distribution strategy & provide promotion guidance
Adopt and assort for Asia marketplace and digital marketplace, working with Planning on the seasonal OTB buy plan
Provide Geo insights and product brief to global CBY/CTM to support a distinctive assortment
Participate in the key milestone meeting and develop strong relationships with diverse team to ensure alignment and collaboration
Maintaining files and data such as product VMLPS, merchandising tools, and product information systems
Quick response to ad-hoc local business team request
Key accountabilities:
Deliver and participate in the key corporate gates and Consumer facing deliverables
Ensure assortments support financial targets in partnership with Planning and Analytics
Read and react to in season analytics and identify opportunities to adapt current business and inform future assortments, merchandising strategies and strategic initiatives
Partner with Global and RPC team to get after product opportunities to serve Asia consumer needs.
