Overview

We are seeking a Technical Product Owner to own and manage the core functional areas of our platform, with a balanced focus on production support, technical problem-solving, and product enhancements. This role requires both technical expertiseincluding the ability to query SOQL and SQLand strong business acumen to ensure the platform remains stable, scalable, and continuously aligned with business objectives. Key Responsibilities

Core Product Ownership : Act as the owner of core product functions, ensuring alignment with business goals and user needs. Define, prioritize, and manage the backlog of enhancements, fixes, and optimizations. Partner with engineering, QA, and operations to ensure successful delivery of stable, scalable solutions. Production Support & Technical Troubleshooting

Serve as the primary product liaison for production issues, ensuring swift triage and prioritization based on business impact. Use SOQL and SQL queries to analyze production data, validate issues, and confirm fixes. Work with engineering to conduct root cause analysis (RCA) and implement permanent solutions. Develop and maintain playbooks, escalation paths, and monitoring/reporting mechanisms for system stability. Enhancements & Continuous Improvement

Convert production learnings, business feedback, and data insights into actionable product requirements. Drive enhancements that improve performance, usability, and resilience. Proactively identify opportunities to reduce technical debt and optimize workflows. Partner with release teams to strengthen test coverage, quality assurance, and rollback readiness. Stakeholder Collaboration

Act as the bridge between business stakeholders, engineering, and support teams, ensuring issues and enhancements are clearly communicated and prioritized. Provide transparent status updates to leadership and cross-functional partners on incidents, enhancements, and system health. Collaborate with customer-facing teams to ensure timely resolution of escalations and a feedback loop for product improvement. Qualifications

3+ years of product management or technical product ownership experience, ideally in SaaS, CRM, or enterprise platforms. Proficiency in SOQL and SQL for data validation, troubleshooting, and reporting. Strong understanding of system architectures, APIs, integrations, and data workflows. Experience in production support, incident management, and service reliability. Demonstrated ability to balance immediate incident response with long-term product enhancements. Excellent communication skills to translate technical details into business context for stakeholders. Experience in working on CRMs such as Salesforce. Success Metrics
