Locum Tenens - Recruiter

Curative is looking for a recruiter who can leverage our technology, resources, and reputation to build strong relationships with physicians to staff temporary assignments all over the country. We are seeking an individual who excels in communication and articulates ideas with clarity and confidence. You have thrived in a quota-driven sales environment, and your persuasiveness is a standout quality. Requirements Minimum of two (2) years of recruiting and/or sales experience College degree or equivalent experience preferred Demonstrated job excellence with strong references Effective written and verbal communication skills Strong conflict resolution skills with a focus on maintaining a drama-free and positive work environment.
