This position focuses on day-to-day accounting tasks with emphasis on accounts payable, accounts receivable, and collections. Responsibilities Process and manage Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR). Monitor and follow up on collections to ensure timely payments. Enter, process, and reconcile transactions in QuickBooks. Communicate with vendors and customers regarding billing and payment inquiries. Assist with month-end close and prepare supporting documentation. Provide general accounting and administrative support as needed. Qualifications Minimum 2 years prior experience in AP, AR, and collections. Proficiency with QuickBooks. Strong attention to detail, accuracy, and organizational skills. Effective written and verbal communication skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Preferred Qualifications Prior experience in construction or service-related companies.
