The Senior Business Intelligence Analyst serves as a subject matter expert in data analysis, preparation, and visualization, with a focus on supporting marketing strategy. This role translates complex data into actionable insights that guide decision-making around campaign performance, customer segmentation, lead generation, and brand analytics. The analyst will lead the design and implementation of large-scale BI projects, create high-impact dashboards and reports, and provide thought leadership to business stakeholders. Working in an evolving and fast-paced environment, this position requires a balance of technical expertise, business storytelling, and stakeholder management. The Senior BI Analyst also mentors junior analysts, fostering growth and strengthening the analytics function. Job Specifications

Bachelor's degree preferred; 6+ years of progressive experience in BI, analytics, or related fields. Strong expertise in SQL and Tableau. Proficiency in Python or R (nice-to-have; ability to interpret and run code). Familiarity with Alteryx or Power BI (bonus, not required). Strong knowledge of data profiling, statistical analysis, and data modeling concepts. Experience with data warehouses, transactional databases, APIs, and cloud-based environments. Proven ability to translate business needs into technical solutions. Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to influence at all levels. Demonstrated success working in ambiguity and adapting to changing requirements. Experience mentoring and developing junior team members. Agile and resilient in complex, evolving environments. Strong problem-solving skills and creative, analytical thinking. Ability to own and reverse engineer code/dashboards to move projects forward. Principal Duties and Responsibilities

Partner with marketing and business stakeholders to define requirements and translate them into impactful dashboards, reports, and data solutions. Conduct complex data profiling, statistical analysis, and validation to ensure data integrity and actionable insights. Deliver insights that guide marketing strategies such as demand generation, prospect engagement, quote-to-sale conversions, and campaign performance optimization. Collaborate with data engineers to validate and test data pipelines, ensuring accuracy and scalability. Build intuitive and dynamic Tableau dashboards to support decision-making, with a focus on efficiency and usability. Present findings to leaders, including senior executivesusing clear storytelling that ties data to business outcomes. Mentor and coach BI Analysts, fostering skill development and ensuring alignment to team goals. Stay current with BI technologies and industry trends, continuously improving analytic approaches and toolsets. Contribute to a collaborative, pod-based team environment, embracing agile methods and adapting to shifting priorities.
