Senior HR Technology Consultant in our Worcester, Ma location with hybrid work arrangements (2 days in the office). This is a full time, exempt role. POSITION OVERVIEW: The Senior HR Technology Consultant serves as a strategic partner and systems expert within our HR function. This role will lead the design, configuration, integration, and optimization of complex HR technologies. This role serves as a trusted advisor for COEs and HR leadership connecting the dots across initiatives and requests, and recommending technology solutions that align with and enable broader business goals. The ideal candidate will bring a strong focus on employee experience, drive process improvements, and mentor junior team members to elevate the effectiveness of HR technology across the enterprise. IN THIS ROLE, YOU WILL: HR Systems Serve as the subject matter expert for HR technology platforms Configure and maintain complex systems, including release management, testing, and issue resolution Collaborate with COEs to identify and implement process improvements to increase productivity while creating a positive employee experience Serve as a liaison for interfaces with third parties and other stakeholders Manage third-party interfaces and stakeholder communications Lead HR technology projects, including timelines, deliverables, and training Manage projects, timelines, communications, and deliverables Act as a strategic advisor, connecting initiatives across HR and recommending cohesive technology solutions through facilitation, identification and documentation of business process requirements Translate complex business requirements into technology solutions Monitor industry trends, vendor updates, and best practices to inform HR strategy Mentor junior team members and contribute to governance processes Employee Experience & Change Management Lead communication strategies and build employee experience layers and integrations. Design and execute change management initiatives to support adoption and clarity Develop training materials, job aids, and self-service content WHAT YOU NEED TO APPLY: Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience of 5+ years of experience in HR technology Strong project management and change management skills with a focus on software development lifecycle Proven ability to identify problems and perform root cause analysis to implement system improvements Excellent consultation and communication (verbal/written/presentation) skills Build effective partnerships across HR and the company Ability to identify trend analyses to translate into business recommendations Experience with vendor management and performance oversight Ability to synthesize complex information into clear, actionable insights Balance competing priorities in a rapidly changing environment to meet critical deadlines Strong attention to detail and able to manage multiple tasks at once This job posting provides cursory examples of some of the job duties associated with this position. Compensation: The target hiring range for this role may vary based on geographic location and other factors, including merit or performance, demonstrated proficiency, skills for the role, education, travel requirements, and experience. Additional compensation may include an annual bonus (which could take the form of a general bonus, sales incentive, or short-term incentive), long-term incentive or spot recognition awards.
