The HR Generalist will provide support across a variety of human resources functions, including employee relations, training, HR compliance, leave management, and data administration. This individual will serve as a resource to both employees and leadership, and will play a key role in enhancing the employee experience through policy support and event coordination. Key Responsibilities

Act as a liaison between leadership and employees to promote engagement and resolve workplace issues Support compliance with employment laws and internal HR policies Coordinate internal processes such as investigations, employee transfers, and exit procedures Assist with planning and delivering employee trainings in collaboration with HR leadership Manage and track leave of absence requests, including FMLA and company-specific leave programs Help maintain up-to-date and accurate employee information within HR systems Support company-wide employee events and recognition initiatives Contribute to HR projects and participate in cross-functional planning efforts Qualifications

Bilingual fluency in English and Spanish (both written and verbal) Required Minimum of 2 years of human resources experience in a generalist or similar role Proficiency in Microsoft Office and HRIS platforms Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to handle sensitive information confidentially Highly organized and capable of working independently Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or a related field preferred Additional Details
