Deliver VIP/white-glove IT support to executives, board members, senior leadership and investments across devices, applications, and collaboration platforms. Provide hands-on support for laptops, tablets, smartphones, video conferencing systems, and other executive technologies. Ensure seamless operation of meetings, events, and presentations including remote and hybrid setups. Manage executive hardware lifecycle including procurement, setup, imaging, deployment, and upgrades. Act as a trusted technology advisor, anticipating and addressing executive needs proactively. Collaborate with infrastructure, networking, and security teams to ensure secure, reliable IT experiences. Monitor and resolve escalations quickly, minimizing downtime and impact in executive productivity. Train executives and executive assistants on new technologies and digital workplace tools. Participate in on-call rotations and provide occasional off-hours or travel support as needed. Take an advocate role for executive users, help to run/lead business cases and projects that pertain to our executive population. Participate and lead meetings with L2 and engineering teams on behalf of your executive and executive assistants. Located in Houston with a minimum of 3 days in the office. Technical Skills / Qualifications
Expert Knowledge of Windows and macOS Environments Strong background with Microsoft 365, Teams, Outlook, OneDrive, SharePoint, and mobile device management (MDM) Familiarity with enterprise networking, VPNs, and security tools. Experience with video conferencing systems (Teams Rooms (windows/android) Webex, Poly/HP, Crestron, Logitech, etc) Certifications that demonstrate competency in enterprise IT (A+, etc.) Exceptional communication, discretion, and customer service skills. Ability to handle high-pressure situations with calm and professionalism. Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting capabilities. Highly organized, detail-oriented, and proactive. Flexibility to support executives outside of normal business hours or during travel. A ground up understanding of enterprise technology on a large scale. Willingness to travel for your assigned senior executive (house calls, off-sites). Professional appearance. This role is very visible. Be part of us
