Our client, a land development firm is looking for an
Estimator
in civil construction with both
FDOT and Public Utilities experience
someone that can price right, coordinate with vendors and subs, and own the scope from takeoff to closeout. A site contractor in West Palm Beach with deep roots in FDOT work and municipal utility projects across South Florida with a pipeline that's strong storm drainage, lift stations, gravity sewer, watermain, force mains, fire lines the works. (utility focus) Strong command of FDOT/municipal specs, bid procedures, and pay items Experience estimating storm, sewer, water, lift stations, force mains Proficiency preferred in softwares: Bid2Win/HCSS, Bluebeam, Planswift, Heavy Bid, Agtek Excellent communication skills written, verbal, and interpersonal Organized, detail-oriented, deadline-driven Prefer local candidates or those relocating specifically to West Palm Beach. This is an on-site role.
