Leasing Consultant at Bigos Management, Inc. Location: Eden Commons, Eden Prairie, Minnesota (196 Units). Hours: Tuesday-Thursday 9:30 AM-6:00 PM; Friday-Saturday 8:30 AM-5:00 PM. Pay range: $17.00-$22.00/hour. Leads, manages, and coordinates all activities related to apartment rentals, move-ins, and lease renewals. Interact directly with prospective and current residents to achieve maximum occupancy. Generate and handle traffic, lease apartments, qualify prospects, prepare lease documentation, and complete move-in paperwork and procedures. Provide property tours to prospects and inform them of the advantages of renting from Bigos Management. Maintain knowledge of the competition using public information and internet searches. Follow up with prospects who have not decided and continue to present the Bigos Management offering. Qualify prospective renters using company-approved procedures. Move-in new renters, discuss lease and building rules, conduct move-in inspections, and conduct move-out inspections for departing renters. Follow up with residents on lease renewals; perform other duties as assigned by the Property Manager. Qualifications
Education: High school diploma or GED required. Experience: 1-2 years of customer service and/or sales experience required; previous leasing experience preferred. Skills: Fluent in English with strong written and verbal communication; ability to use tact and diplomacy; organizational and time-management abilities; basic computer literacy (email, web apps). Licenses: Real estate licenses must not be active while in this role. Physical/Mobility: Ability to work in an office setting, lift up to 10 pounds, navigate the property, climb stairs, and walk halls and common areas. Work Environment & Equal Opportunity
