Foreign Gifts Project Analyst

ProSidian seeks a Foreign Gifts Project Analyst in CONUS/OCONUS - Arlington, VA to support an engagement for an agency dedicated to providing management, oversight and operation support through a wide range of program initiatives, business services and quality of work-life programs at the Pentagon, Mark Center, Suffolk Building and other facilities across the National Capital Region (NCR) to accomplish mission critical requirements in support of the Department of Defense (DoD). The ProSidian Engagement Team Members work to provide comprehensive analytical and technical support services including program management, strategic planning, project management, operations management and support for the Integrated Services Division (ISD) Logistics and Program Management Branch implementing technology improvement to support program objectives and provide support services in the following areas: Foreign Gifts Program Management, Analysis and Support Navigating the agency's technology maze is challenging for its employees. It complicates the training process and makes it difficult for them to deliver high-quality, effective service to their customers. Many applications are independent and don't communicate information between each other. Over the next several years, L&I will modernize technology across the Dept., which will take place in phases. Key focus areas shall be The current workers' compensation system; L&I's Insurance System (LINIIS) is an application comprised of many sub- systems and used to process and manage workers' compensation claims; Organized Information Online (ORION) is an integrated document management (IDM) and business process management (BPM) workflow application where the work is managed; Early Claims Solutions (ECS) is an application used by both claims and employer services staff; Independent Medical Examination (IME) application; Medical Information Payment System (MIPS); Benefit Payment System (BPS), and Pension Payment System (PPS); and VOC-LINK is an application for private vocational rehabilitation providers. Foreign Gifts Project Analyst candidates shall work to support requirements for Program Support and conduct overall program analysis and review. Support day-to-day ongoing business operations to manage gifts received from foreign and domestic entities through its lifecycle of acceptance, appraisal, display, purchase, transfer and final disposition. Assist the Government Program Manager in managing DoD's Foreign Gifts Program for all executive level employees. Identify recipients and coordinate final disposition of gift received from both Foreign and Domestic entities whether he/she will purchase, display or turn in gift received from foreign country through memorandum. Track all gift information through Gift Tracker, an electronic tracking system and maintain a hard copy for back up purposes. Process all Foreign and Domestic Gifts in accordance with AI 100 and DoDD 1005.13. Receive all visitors and potential customers with issues/concerns relating to the gift program. Assist the Director and Deputy Director in the preparation of official DoD documentation both formal and informal and other reports for submission to GSA and the Department of State. Be responsible for logging, processing, inventorying, filing and safeguarding all gifts and sensitive material in accordance with program metrics. Develop and deliver presentations program update briefings to the the Client Director and WHS Leadership on the Foreign Gifts Program. Provide customer service support, including answering customer questions through phone, email and in-person. Log and track customer complaints, suggestions, and questions. Update Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) as required. Assist improvement of software capabilities across OSD Components. Implement Best Practices to obtain program efficiencies. Assist the Services Section in processing daily supply requests. Assist walk-in Customers with supply requests. Assist with annual supply inventories. Qualifications

The Foreign Gifts Project Analyst shall have consecutive employment in a position with comparable responsibilities within the past five (5) years, Must be able to use a computer to communicate via email; and proficient in Microsoft Office Products (Word/Excel/Power point) and related tools and technology required for the position. Work products shall be thorough, accurate, appropriately documented, and comply with established criteria. The candidate shall ensure that duties are performed in a competent and professional manner that meets milestones/delivery schedules as outlined. Bachelor Degree in Business A minimum of five (3) years of Project Management of daily onsite operations, policy development, and the implementation and coordination of federal programs. Experience in logistics or inventory support is preferred. Workdays will begin no earlier than 0630 (6:30 AM) and end no later than 1830 (6:30 PM) and will work a standard 40 hours work week. TRAVEL: Travel as coordinated with the technical point of contact and approved in writing by the Contracting Officer in advance, is allowed, in accordance with Federal Travel Regulations. LOCATION: Work shall be conducted at the CONUS/OCONUS - Arlington, VA U.S. Citizenship Required Excellent oral and written communication skills Proficient with Microsoft Office Products (Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Publisher, & Adobe) All ProSidian staff must be determined eligible for a "Facility Access Authorization" (also referred to as an "Employment Authorization") by the USG's designated Security Office.
