Office of Migrant Services Senior Project Specialist California Department of Housing & Community Development (HCD). Location: Sacramento. Telework: Hybrid. Job Type: 12 Month Limited Term Full Time. Final Filing Date: 10/2/2025. Salary range: $7,276.00 - $9,107.00. Note: This is a Limited Term position that may be up to 12 months and may be extended to 24 months or become permanent at a later date. Effective July 1, 2025, a 3% salary reduction is in place under the Personal Leave Program (PLP). Responsibilities
Under the general direction of the Farmworker and Rural Housing Section Chief (Staff Services Manager II), the Housing and Community Development Specialist II (HCDS II) will independently be responsible for: Collection and analysis of data for operational indicators of HCDs Office of Migrant Services housing portfolio. Conduct high-level independent research, collect and analyze programmatic and housing data, and develop regular reports for consideration by the Division of State Financial Assistance senior managers. Perform a wide range of complex research, consultative, analytical, and project management activities involved in establishing and reporting program measures and outcomes.
