POSITION SCOPE AND ORGANIZATIONAL IMPACT Moss' Fleet Specialist supports the Fleet Manager in the day-to-day administration and coordination of fleet operations for 850+ vehicles, rental equipment, and a 700+ driver database. This role serves as the primary point of contact for rental vans, vehicle requests, and fuel card issuance, while ensuring driver compliance with company and regulatory standards. The Fleet Specialist is a key resource for maintaining fleet records, supporting operational logistics, and enabling field teams to access safe, reliable transportation. ESSENTIAL JOB DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES Act as primary point of contact for all rental van needs, ensuring timely reservations, extensions, and returns Process and track vehicle requests, including assignments, transfers, and disposals Maintain updated inventory records of all company vehicles and rental units Issue and deactivate

fuel cards

for drivers as directed by the Fleet Manager Track and reconcile fuel usage, escalating unusual activity for review Maintain accurate fuel card logs to support compliance and auditing Monitor and update driver compliance records, including MVR checks, license renewals, and certifications Ensure accurate documentation is filed for all Solar Drivers Partner with Safety and HR to address driver compliance issues promptly Support preventative maintenance scheduling and coordinate service appointments Assist in vendor communication for rentals, repairs, and fuel program providers Generate reports on vehicle utilization, fuel spending, and compliance status for Fleet Manager review EDUCATION AND WORK EXPERIENCE Associate degree or equivalent work experience; Bachelor's degree a plus 2-4 years of administrative or fleet-related experience Familiarity with fleet management systems, telematics, or compliance software Strong organizational skills with ability to manage high volumes of requests Excellent communication skills and customer service mindset JOB TITLE:
