As a DevOps Engineer on our Technology Services Team, you will contribute to the design, planning, and execution of projects related to GUARD\'s server, storage, backup, and virtualization environments in the cloud. You should understand and implement public cloud IaaS, PaaS, and SaaS solutions, analyze and resolve complex issues, monitor system performance and capacity, and provide proactive remediation. You will provide cloud services estimates, identify trends and opportunities for process and technology advancements, act as a technical escalation point, and support governance and policy adherence. Locations include: Wilkes-Barre, PA; Philadelphia, PA; Parsippany, NJ; Chicago, IL; Alpharetta, GA; or Dallas-Fort Worth, TX. Lead and participate in Azure cloud infrastructure projects Design and implement high-performance, secure, scalable infrastructure with risk awareness Develop and implement complex cloud environments using IaC (Terraform, Pulumi, ARM templates, BluePrint) Experience with Azure DevOps or GitHub Actions Manage Azure resources (app gateways, load balancers, storage accounts, Azure Files, app services, NSGs, virtual desktops/pools, backup policies, Site Recovery, Azure Backup, etc.) Deliver technical leadership in GUARD\'s server, storage, and cloud infrastructure Guide IT Administrators to ensure project design and policy conformity Ensure infrastructure meets compliance and security standards via audits and Azure Policy Ensure disaster recovery and backup solutions are operational and meeting business needs Diagnose and resolve cloud infrastructure problems Document systems, processes, and procedures Respond to and investigate security alerts Track industry trends and maintain knowledge of new technologies to support architecture needs Balance multiple priorities with attention to detail and mentor team members as needed Available for after-hours maintenance and on-call rotation Salary

$65,900.70-$152,611.80 USD The successful candidate is expected to work in one of our offices 3 days per week and also be available for travel as required. The base salary range reflects a broad range of salaries across the U.S. and is influenced by credentials, education, experience, location, responsibilities, performance, and training. Qualifications

5+ years of public cloud (Azure) engineering experience Strong understanding of Infrastructure as Code Primary focus on security across all areas of responsibility Deep understanding of Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, and Windows Server 2016-2022 Experience with Entra ID, Defender for Cloud, and compliance Hands-on administrative experience with SIEM technologies Networking knowledge and understanding of traffic flow, subnets, TCP/UDP, and IP communication Familiarity with cloud backup and disaster recovery methodologies IT service delivery mindset with a friendly, positive attitude Excellent communication skills with the ability to articulate complex information Seniority level
