Experienced Receptionist/ Client Service Representative (CSR) for a brand-new state-of-the-art daytime veterinary urgent care hospital in Pasadena, CA. This role focuses on delivering exceptional client and patient service as the face of the practice and supporting a warm, collaborative front desk team. Responsibilities

Welcome clients and pets warmly, creating a positive first impression. Manage phone calls, appointment scheduling, and inquiries efficiently. Accurately input and maintain patient and client information in our practice management system. Process payments and provide clear explanations of billing. Communicate effectively with the veterinary team to coordinate patient care. Provide compassionate support to clients during urgent or emotional situations. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the reception area. Qualifications

Previous experience as a receptionist or client service representative in a veterinary clinic, animal hospital, or similar medical setting (urgent care or emergency experience is a plus). Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail. Proficiency in using veterinary practice management software, electronic medical records, and payment processing. Genuine love for animals and commitment to providing outstanding client service.
