Key Responsibilities:Estimating Duties:
Review project plans, blueprints, and specifications to prepare accurate estimates.
Conduct site visits to assess existing conditions.
Prepare detailed scopes of work and pricing proposals for clients.
Source and negotiate with vendors, subcontractors, and suppliers.
Assist with contract preparation and budget forecasting.Project Management Duties:
Plan and oversee remodeling projects from start to finish.
Schedule and coordinate subcontractors, suppliers, and team members.
Monitor progress, quality, and compliance with building codes and safety standards.
Communicate with clients regularly, providing updates and addressing concerns.
Identify and resolve project challenges quickly and effectively.
