Compensation Specialist Hybrid (Local Candidates Only)

Location: Nashville, TN Schedule: MondayFriday, 8:00 AM 5:00 PM (Hybrid: 3 days in office / 2 days remote) Pay Rate: $35.00/hour Assignment: Short-term contract About the Role

Kelly is looking for a Compensation Specialist to join the HR team of a leading filtration solutions manufacturer in Nashville, TN. This short-term assignment will have you implementing, analyzing, and administering compensation programs that attract, retain, and motivate top talent while ensuring fairness and competitiveness. Develop and implement compensation strategies, policies, and programs Conduct market pricing and benchmarking using salary surveys and internal data Advise HR and Talent Acquisition on offers, promotions, and transfers Lead annual processes: merit increases, bonus planning, and salary structure reviews Ensure compliance with compensation-related laws and regulations Prepare and present reports and insights to HR leadership Support special projects such as job architecture, pay equity analysis, and incentive plan design Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in HR, Business, Finance, or related field (CCP certification preferred) 510 years of compensation or total rewards experience Proficient in Excel, HRIS systems, and compensation tools Strong communication and stakeholder management skills Ability to manage multiple priorities independently in a fast-paced environment Next Steps If this sounds like your next opportunity, apply today!
