Technology – Engineering & Systems Integration – Technology Business Analysis – Manager; SAP – Finance Project Systems – Manager. Our objective is to provide clients with a unique business perspective on how to leverage SAP technology to improve their operations. This is rooted in EY's SAP service line capabilities focused on helping clients improve performance and increase productivity. Lead the translation of business requirements into technical specifications Evaluate and ensure alignment of technology solutions with business objectives Drive continuous improvement and innovation in processes and solutions Manage and deliver high-quality processes, solutions, or projects with a focus on risk management Oversee professional employees or supervise teams to achieve complex technical initiatives Maintain billable client charging, lead delivery streams, manage projects, and engage with external clients daily Travel may be required based on client needs Key Skills & Attributes
Lead and deliver quality SAP projects or workstreams; initiate requirement gathering, architect solutions, blueprinting, testing, workflow, documentation, and functional design; liaise with stakeholders and technical team to translate needs into business solutions and complete configurations/integrations Consistently deliver quality client services; monitor progress, manage risk, and keep stakeholders informed Establish relationships with client personnel at appropriate levels Strong decision-making skills; modify policies; establish procedures within the scope of work Functional understanding of SDLC and technology business architecture frameworks Qualifications
Bachelor's degree 4 to 6 years of relevant experience with SAP Project Systems; in-depth knowledge of other SAP Finance modules Strong written and verbal communication, presentation, client service and technical writing skills Experience managing an SAP project or workstream and project-based team members; experience with hybrid onshore/offshore delivery is desirable Deep knowledge of Project System processes in multiple industries; ability to understand, communicate, and deliver complex requirements Knowledge of Project Systems leading practices, peer company environments and advisory experience relevant to finance and technology functions Technical & Domain Knowledge
Project structural components, Project Planning, Budgeting, Milestones, Billing, MRP Advanced Results Analysis Methods; Resource Related Billing; Event-Based Revenue Recognition Experience integrating with other SAP Modules; familiarity with managerial accounting, financial accounting, material management, and other SAP FICO components What We Look For
