Develop, implement, and manage all environmental, health and safety (EHS) policies, programs, and procedures for Mexico, Canada, and the United States. Ensure EHS compliance with local, state, federal and country specific regulations. Apply best practices and industry standards for Mexico, Canada, and the United States. Create and manage state-specific OSHA plans, requirements and state-specific workplace violence and injury/illness prevention programs. Identify, mitigate, and record EHS hazards through comprehensive hazard identification processes across the region. Conduct and oversee site safety risk analyses to drive continuous improvement using a PDCA framework. Investigate accidents, incidents, and near misses; provide corrective actions and document all relevant incident information with employees, managers, and relevant business units. Drive safety initiatives company-wide by providing clear guidance and communication. Manage and maintain a robust fleet safety program for employees in the region. Create, review, and maintain EHS program standards and policy documents for the region. Lead the formation and direction of workplace health & safety committees (where applicable) and serve as primary Subject Matter Expert for committee programs and policy documents. Manage and monitor EHS training for employees in the region. Provide oversight for site-specific emergency response procedures following local and federal codes. Monitor and oversee maintenance of fire extinguishers, first aid, and AEDs; ensure compliance with emergency drills at NA locations. Maintain records pertaining to health and safety programs as required by regulatory agencies. Serve as liaison to EHS regulatory bodies during inspections or document requests. Manage Emergency Alert and mass notification system relative to life-safety issues. Administer access rights related to badges, intrusion alarm codes and keys to ensure proper vetting. To be considered for the Environmental, Health & Safety Administrator role, you must have: 5+ years experience Bachelors degree required in related field Professional certifications preferred Ability to travel regionally up to 15% Legally authorized to work in the United States on a full-time basis.
