Duties and Responsibilities:
The Service Desk Technician - Senior provides technical support for customers experiencing computer and software issues related to Windows desktop applications, OCFO-developed applications, and vendor applications. This role serves as the first point of contact for troubleshooting hardware and software problems. Key Responsibilities:
Respond to service requests and incidents reported by OCFO staff via phone, email, or web portal. Accurately log information into the ticketing system and manage tickets to resolution within service level agreements. Provide tier 1 and tier 2 support for Windows-based desktops, including applications like Microsoft 365 and Adobe, and manage user accounts and Active Directory. Support iOS mobile devices, including email, Microsoft 365, and authentication applications. Configure and deploy PCs, laptops, printers, mobile phones, tablets, and other IT assets. Collaborate with network and application teams to restore services and resolve issues. Recreate user problems to resolve incidents. Recommend system modifications to reduce user problems and incidents. Required Experience:
At least five (5) years in help desk support for Windows OS, applications, databases, and AD management. Experience supporting iOS devices, apps, and iCloud accounts. Experience configuring, imaging, deploying Windows laptops, printers, and desktops. Familiarity with workflow management tools like ZenDesk, ServiceNow, Ivanti, or BMC Helix. ITIL v4 Foundation certification. CompTIA A+ certification. Preferred Experience:
Experience with endpoint protection and management tools such as CiscoAMP, Absolute, or HP SureClick. Experience with IT asset management tools like Oomnitza, ServiceNow, Ivanti, or BMC Helix. What we offer:
