Description
This team is nearing completion of a ServiceNow GRC module implementation, with approximately 90% of the work done. The module is scheduled to go live this fall, and ongoing support will be required for both enhancements and maintenance within the application. The lead will be responsible for assisting with any new configurations. The module has been heavily customized and bears little resemblance to the standard out-of-the-box solution. This is a high-visibility project, and any issues or remediations will need to be addressed with a high level of urgency.
