Deliver engaging, hands-on training (classroom, field, and virtual) Guide technicians through everything from Broadband Installation to Business Class Services and Safety Lead by examplecoaching, mentoring, and role modeling Vyves values Track progress, give feedback, and make sure training translates to real-world performance Collaborate with our Curriculum Development team as a Subject Matter Expert in Fiber Help shape projects, task forces, and new initiatives that keep Vyve moving forward What You Bring
Bachelors degree or equivalent experience 3+ years working with Hybrid Fiber Coax and Fiber Optics Prior experience delivering technical training to adult learners (classroom, field, and/or virtual) Strong facilitation and communication skills, with the ability to make complex topics clear and engaging Supervisory or leadership experience a plus.
