Civil Site Development Project Manager
We are seeking a Civil Site Development Project Manager in Atlanta, GA, with a strong understanding of civil site design. The ideal candidate will have experience with water, sewer, and storm drainage infrastructure design projects, as well as experience in producing residential plans in a consulting environment. This role involves regular client interaction and requires excellent verbal and written communication skills. A working knowledge of Civil 3D software is preferred. A Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering and P.E. certification are required. Responsibilities
Manage one or multiple projects for various clients. Prepare proposals and develop fees. Visit clients, job sites, and consultant offices to support project and business development needs. Monitor scope, schedules, and budgets for projects and business units. Manage engineering work and interface with other disciplines as needed. Create scope of work for projects. Communicate and coordinate efforts and ideas. Supervise engineers and technicians as necessary. Track projects in accounting software with intermediate/advanced skills. Prepare site development construction drawings and engineering design considerations for water, sewer, and storm drainage infrastructure. Engage and interact with clients. Essential Skills
6+ years of Civil Land Development Experience Proficient with AutoCAD Civil 3D (Land Development) Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering P.E. certification Experience in design of public and private projects Experience producing residential design plans Experience with civil engineering project management, including development/management of scopes, schedules, and budgets Excellent written and verbal communication skills Business development skills Strong leadership qualities Understanding of Business Financial Information Additional Skills & Qualifications

This position is based in our Atlanta office, with work also occurring at client offices and job sites. The role is 100% in-office, with a condensed work schedule featuring half-day Fridays.
