Job Title: Case Packer
Job Description
Join a dynamic team in the manufacturing of fresh label soups, providing products to major companies. The Case Packer will be responsible for packaging, labeling, and palletizing soups, ensuring smooth machine operations and quality control.
Responsibilities
Package and label soups efficiently and accurately.
Palletize boxes, which may involve lifting up to 30 lbs.
Ensure machine packaging operates smoothly and check labels for accuracy.
Perform chemical cleaning within assigned areas on both daily and unplanned intervals.
Escalate machine and organizational issues to Line Specialist or Lead as needed.
Support existing line operation documentation by completing required tasks and documentation.
Participate in new initiatives by providing feedback, training others, and adopting new tasks.
Maintain assigned tools responsibly.
Perform other duties as assigned.
Essential Skills
General labor skills
Experience in packing and palletizing
Knowledge of GMP (Good Manufacturing Practices)
Experience in production and batch record keeping
High school diploma or equivalent
Previous work experience in a manufacturing environment, preferably in the food industry
Additional Skills & Qualifications
Available to work overtime and weekends on a seasonal basis
Self-driven to address problems and find solutions
Willingness to rotate through different machine center areas
Strong conceptualization and initiative skills
Positive attitude and team-oriented
Ability to develop strong relationships with stakeholders
Creative problem-solving skills

Work Environment
Work in a food production environment requiring PPE, including hair nets, bump caps, ear plugs, gloves, goggles, and steel-toed shoes (provided by employee). The work environment is cold, maintained at 45 degrees.

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Everett, Washington.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $20.24 - $22.24/hr.
