We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Accounting/HR Clerk to join our team. This dual-role position plays a vital part in keeping our financial and human resources operations running smoothly. Responsibilities: • Prepare all financial statements and bank reconciliations • Ensure transactions are recorded properly in all ledgers • Process accounts receivable and accounts payable in a timely manner • Bookkeeping: Enter data, maintain records and produce financial reports • Process payroll to provide payment to employees on time • Also responsible to maintain all HR files and process all personnel documentation Qualifications: • Experience with Excel, QuickBooks, and basic accounting systems • Candidate must have a bachelor's degree in accounting or similar field • At least 2 years of work experience at an accounting firm or as a cost accountant, management accountant, bookkeeper, or related position • Strong understanding of generally accepted accounting principles (GAAP) • Must possess exceptional communication, problem-solving, and time management skills Compensation: $16 hourly
