This position requires providing service to the following age population(s) Neonate, Infant, Pediatric, Adolescent, Adult, Geriatric, and Frail Elderly in a manner that demonstrates an understanding of the functional/developmental age of the individual served. Education/Training/Experience: * High school graduate or equivalent required. * Training in an accredited hospital pharmacy technician-training program or equivalent experience. * Computer proficiency required Certification through PTCB is required within 12 months of hire.
