Overview
We are seeking a highly motivated and analytical Senior Product & Business Analyst to help drive growth across our US & Canada markets. In this role, you’ll be the backbone of our strategy efforts—diving deep into financial performance, product funnels, marketing campaigns, and sales data to uncover insights that guide decision-making. As part of a small team and a growth market, you’ll flex across all aspects of the business, from P&L analysis to product optimization, ensuring we focus on the right opportunities and deliver impact. This role reports into the Director of Product & Marketing, US & Canada.
This is a hybrid role based out of Norwalk, CA. Responsibilities
Analyze financial, product, and marketing data to identify trends, root causes, and growth opportunities. Build dashboards and reports to track KPIs related to conversion, campaign performance, and profitability. Translate complex data into actionable insights and clear recommendations for leadership and HQ product teams. Collaborate with product, user research, and other cross-functional teams to support multi-channel, localization strategies. Monitor competitive and market dynamics, providing data-driven input into strategic planning. Drive business optimizations through structured analysis and timely performance diagnostics. What you\'ll Need to Succeed
3-5 years of experience in product, business, or data analysis, preferable in travel or e-commerce. Experience in consulting or investment banking with strong analytical exposure also highly valued. Strong SQL, Excel, and data visualization skills (Tableau or similar). Proven ability to extract data-driven and actionable insights and recommendations. Results-oriented with strong ownership and curiosity to dig deep. Proactive and growth-minded with a data-driven approach to continuously optimize strategies. Excellent communication and presentation skills with stakeholders at all levels. Bachelor’s degree or higher in a quantitative field such as Statistics, Finance, Economics, Engineering, Mathematics, or Business. Mandarin is a plus. Valid working permit/visa in the US (no sponsorship).
