Req#: 23-00254 Job Description TITLE: Senior SQL Server Database Administrator LOCATION: Remote within the United States (residing in Central or Eastern time zones) TYPE: 6-month contract

The Senior SQL Server Database Administrator will be joining our client's DBA team with a primary focus on upgrading and migrating end of life servers. Will also be tasked with migrating older versions of SQL Server to SQL Server 2022. This is an individual contributor role.

5+ years of production DBA experience Experience with SQL 2019/2022 Experience with Availability Groups Good TSQL skills Practical experience and demonstrable skills as far as installing and configuring SQL using Powershell and dbatools. Must have experience writing Powershell scripts. Experience migrating large databases with understanding of risks and various scenarios that will need to be considered Good understanding of change management with experience working in an environment with change management processes Meets the requirement for ITAR access (US Citizen) Good verbal/written communication skills Comfortable engaging with stakeholders from other teams to Client requirements and pain points About the company
