We are creating the operating platform of record for an industry underserved by technology, enabling shops to automate calibration mapping, documentation, and compliance workflows at scale. We are looking for a highly ambitious Front End Engineer who will own the product experience end to end, deeply understand customer needs, obsess over user interactions, and translate insights into elegant, intuitive interfaces that reshape workflows. We seek a product-minded engineer with empathy, creativity, and the ability to turn complex customer pain points into breakthrough front-end experiences. Job Summary We are seeking a highly skilled Front-End Software Engineer to join our team. Our user-facing stack is React with TypeScript, designed to deliver intuitive, responsive, and high-performance user experiences. This role is ideal for someone passionate about front-end craftsmanship, design systems, and building applications that delight users. As a senior member, you will shape our front-end architecture, mentor developers, and collaborate closely with product and design teams. Key Responsibilities
Front-End Development: Build scalable, responsive, and user-friendly interfaces using React and TypeScript. Implement accessible, performant, and pixel-perfect designs from wireframes. Optimize frontend performance and ensure cross-browser compatibility. System Design and Architecture: Contribute to front-end architectural decisions and long-term UI strategy. Integrate front-end applications with backend APIs and services. Collaboration & Mentorship: Partner with designers and product managers to deliver delightful user experiences. Mentor junior engineers and enforce front-end best practices. Quality & Continuous Improvement: Write maintainable, well-tested code with modern testing frameworks (e.g., Jest, Cypress). Stay current with emerging frontend tools, frameworks, and standards. Qualifications
2+ years of professional software development with a focus on frontend engineering. Strong expertise in React, TypeScript, JavaScript (ES6+), and CSS frameworks. Experience with responsive design, accessibility (WCAG/ARIA), and performance optimization. Familiarity with RESTful APIs and backend integration. Experience with modern build tools (Webpack, Vite, Babel) and CI/CD pipelines. Preferred: exposure to design systems, state management (Redux, Recoil, Zustand), and cloud platforms (GCP, AWS, or Azure). What We Offer
