Technical Recruiter
to help scale their engineering team from
~3 to 20 engineers ASAP , with a vision to grow well beyond 50. This is a rare chance to work directly with their founders, tackle ambitious hiring goals, and recruit world-class technical talent in a fast-moving, high-growth environment. What Youll Do Own the
end-to-end technical recruiting process , from sourcing to offer close, for backend, full-stack, and product engineers. Build and execute recruiting strategies tailored for an
early-stage, high-intensity startup . Develop and maintain a
robust talent pipeline
using outbound sourcing and network referrals. Sell Probooks mission, vision, and culture to candidates with authenticity and energy. Partner closely with founders and hiring managers to refine
role profiles, interview processes, and candidate assessments . Adapt hiring plans as team needs evolve and headcount goals shift.
What They're Looking For 5+ years of
technical recruiting
experience (agency or in-house) with a track record of hiring engineers at speed. Strong sourcing skills across multiple platforms, with the ability to identify and engage
passive candidates . Excellent communication and candidate-closing skills. Thrives in a
fast-paced, high-growth startup
environment. Deep understanding of engineering roles and technical skill sets.
